Our founding Director, Libby Harris, is a recognised industry professional in security and emergency management. As a former NSW Police Officer, Libby possesses over 20 years experience in law enforcement and Corporate Security Management.

Libby's extensive experience in security risk management encompasses the conduct of hundreds of assessments for business operations, facilities, events and issue specific requirements. She is highly skilled in site security surveys and identification, design, development and implementation of managerial, technical and procedural protective security measures.

Libby has provided security and emergency management services to a diverse range of business enterprises, both large and small, public and private. Some of these organisations include City of Sydney Council, RailCorp NSW, Australian Defence Force, ACCOR Hotel Group, State Sports Centre, Sydney Ferries, Linfox Australia, British American Tobacco Australia, Samoa and New Zealand, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Ameron Australia,Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Sydney Entertainment Centre and the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia.

Libbys experience in the field of security and the skills acquired over the course of 20 years, are complemented by a Masters in Science Degree in Security and Risk Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Proficient in project management, Libby delivers within budget, on time, every time.
